Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I KEEP GETTING A PRINTER FAILURE MESSAGE. IT'S STATING THAT IT HAS A PAPER JAM OR THE PAPER TRAY ISN'T IN CORRECTLY. THERE IS NO PAPER JAM AND THE TRAY IS IN CORRECTLY. I HAVE WATCHED THE VIDEO AND THE PRINTER IS STILL NOT WORKING PRINTER ERROR 0X6100004A
