Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my mx490 inkjet printer continue to start  and shut off after a few seconds. this process continues for as long as the power is on. Paper never feed thru all of this.

MX490 appears to be a Canon model number. This forum is for support of HP products. I suggest that you check Canon.com for assistance with your Canon printer, or if you have typed the wrong model number, please correct it so we can help you out.
