my 4650 is capable of duplex printing but often makes me manually reinsert paper to print on back si

It may be that  the driver is not configured correctly and does not know the printer has automatic duplexing. On your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on Device settings and scroll through the installable options and make sure it shows the duplex unit installed. Change it to installed if it shows as not installed.

Thank you. Duplex printing was not installed but grayed out. Had to switch to automatic configuration. Problem resolved 😁
