Hi @Abhishek19911,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Inkjet Wireless 410 series printer. If the cheque is getting stuck while printing, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem.
- Check for any visible obstructions: Open the printer cover and inspect the paper path for any loose paper, torn pieces, or foreign objects that might be causing the jam. If you find anything, carefully remove it.
- Ensure proper paper alignment: Make sure the stack of cheques is properly aligned and not exceeding the maximum paper capacity recommended for your printer. Adjust the paper guides in the input tray to fit the cheque size.
- Clean the paper rollers: Over time, dust and debris can accumulate on the paper rollers, causing feeding issues. To clean them, turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord. Open the printer cover and locate the paper rollers. Dampen a lint-free cloth with water and gently wipe the rollers to remove any dirt or residue. Allow them to dry completely before reconnecting the power cord and turning the printer back on.
- Use high-quality cheques: Cheques with rough edges or that are excessively thick may cause feeding problems. Ensure that you are using good-quality cheques that meet the printer's specifications.
- Adjust paper settings: Check the printer settings on your computer and make sure they match the cheque size and type you are using. You can access the printer settings through the print dialog box when you send a print job.
- Update printer firmware: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model. Installing the latest firmware can often resolve known issues and improve performance.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
