Product: hp pavillion 15 EC 0021nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer HP Office Jet Pro 8720 has suddenly stopped accepting card stock.  It accepts heavy photo paper and regular paper but will not pull card stock.  I have used it for the past 3 years without a problem, now all it does is jam with card stock.  Have reset the printer, followed all instructions for unjamming, etc,
