while clearing a paper jam, the N16 bottom plate came off for the duplexer.  I need this to print on both sides of paper.  Does anyone know how to reattach it correctly?  Or can you provide a picture.  It is NOT broken , just needs to be reattached.  Thanks

I have a similar problem---although  my plate is  possibly now warped because of how roughly I pulled the jammed paper out.

I can't tell if it is warped....seems straight enough but it was violent what I did to it...

anyway, this video seems to be helpful for what I see. But because mine may be warped, I have not yet been able to get it back in. I do have the springs though!
