Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

First,

Find the printer home page, that is, the online support website and webpages for your printer.

 

Open

Printer Product Home

 

Next,

Tap on Troubleshooting

Next,

Find and Tap on Topic Jams and Feed Problems

Next,

Find and open the document for "Paper Jam Error"  -- Note that the exact name of the document might be different

 

Comments

 

The solution generally includes cleaning the printer -- where applicable, steps include cleaning the inside printer rollers and the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

 

What else?

The paper must be supported (size, type, AND weight).

Paper must properly loaded and correctly identified by the job setup.

Specification documents are generally found in Category Product Information > Topic Specifications
