need a new printer fax machine busted

my fax machine is busted the hp office jet pro 8600 all  in one i want an upgrade to a new printer but my printer wont fax anymore all whels are broken in fax machine and get paper jam like alot not going through feeder scan and copying and printing alot on windows 10 however when plug fax in to phone system fax macine will not fax at all when try to fax to a company or doctor office
