Well, maybe -- the cost for having a repair tech come onsite would very likely be more than the printer is worth.
HP does not make house calls for printers or other devices unless there is a contract that includes this type of service.
That said, if you managed to purchase a Care Pack contract that includes this service for this printer,

What to do?
Try to fix the printer --
If "feeder" refers to the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF),
it might be possible to open the ADF and remove the stuck labels.
