HP 107w

Hi, I have a brand new HP 107w. It's just arrived.

I didn't manage to set it up because it doesn't feed the paper.

I tried to reset it without an improvement.

The paper doesn't seem to go all the way, it's blocked by two plastic bars. If I remove the toner e slightly press the roller with a finger, the paper goes all the way in.

Is there a mechanical issue? Is the printer broken?

Hi Repairatrooper.

When I try to print the test page, the printer is not able to pull in paper from the tray. In this picture, I circled in blue the roller. That, in this position, it blocks the paper. There're those two plastic bits that are down and blocking the paper to the marked red level.

If I manually press the roller, I can slide the paper more, because the plastic levers lift when the roller is pressed.

I didn't solve this. I returned the printer.
