I am trying to print on card but the rollers are not bringing the paper around, not engaging, and when they do engage the printer only prints about half of the file because the paper is late getting loaded - if that makes sense.  anyway, I want to print on card paper and was just wondering the best way to do that.  can I feed it from the top

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  The printer didn't picked the card probably because it's too thick.  One suggestion to try is try to "help" the paper to load when it's picking by "pushing" the card when printer is picking. Else, find another card that is thinner.
