Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I can initiate a print job from my laptop (and from other computers in the network). The print job starts, the printer sounds like it's printing, but it does not pick up paper and it does not print. According to the HP software, the print job is complete, but in reality, the printer is just spooling and not printing. The cartridges are new, the tray is full of paper and properly loaded, the rollers that pick up the paper have been cleaned, and there are no error messages. Each time, I have to turn off the printer to get it to stop.
