Product: officejet pro 8600 premium: Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

 

The carriage belt came off from the right side when facing the printer. Spoke to HP but they will not fix. I also called a few dealers and they will not fix it either as the machine is old.

 

If anyone had this issue and was able to reconnect the belt, please let me know.

 

This is the plastic tape that helps the printerhead move and it is the length of the printer.
