Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This is on a Dell Optiplex 9020 mini desktop pc, OS Win 10 Pro 64bit. I picked up this Envy Inspire 7955e inkjet printer from the Veterans Warehouse Thrift Store where I volunteer in the electronics dept. I saw the 7955e printer all boxed up. I bought it. When I got home I found the rod on the right side of the black output feeder rollers was out of it's mount and the 2 white plastic guides are totally off there mounts. Question is how do I fix it?
