Do the rollers turn and attempt to feed? If so but fail to grab the page, try cleaning the rollers with a damp lint free cloth. Depending on the page count, the rollers could be worn and require replacement. The supply status page will tell you how much life is left in the rollers. Problems are common when the rollers are below 25%.
