paper ALWAYS jams.

I can never print from this printer. Every time I try it ALWAYS!!!! gets a paper jam. I can't print one page. I have tried everything! Watched videos, used instructions, etc. to make sure I am putting paper in correctly, using paper guides, to exactly 25 sheets of paper, etc.. I run a Notary business. It is embarrassing when I can't print, or copy, Almost ready to trash it (HP6065e all-in-one printer)

I am not familiar with this model. Does it have a manual feed tray, if so, does it work there?

Couple other things:
Is this a paper jam, or a mis-feed?
If there is a manual feed tray, try it. Does that work?
Don't have the paper guides so tight on the edges of paper, it will cause paper jams. Also make sure paper is pushed to the front of the tray. I believe they do not have a rear paper guide. 
Check paper size, and also make sure you are printing to the correct size. If it thinks it is printing 5.5 x 8.5 paper, but it is 8.5 x 11, this will cause jams.

The printer can automatically detect whether the paper tray has paper loaded and detect whether the loaded
paper is large, small, or medium width. You can change the default large, medium, or small paper size
detected by the printer.
To change the default paper size detected by the printer from an Android or iOS device
1. Open the HP Smart app.
2. Tap the printer image on the Home screen.
3. Find and change the settings from Preferences.
To change the default paper size detected by the printer from the embedded web server (EWS)
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS). For more information, see Open the embedded web server
on page 36.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. In the Preferences section, click Tray and Paper Management, and then select the desired option.
4. Click Apply.
