Hi!
I have a laserjet pro M404DW and I am trying to print seed enveloppes (3,25in x 5in). When I put only one enveloppe in tray 1 everything's going great! As soon as I put many anveloppes in the tray 1 it's jamming after the second one.
Can anyone guess how to fix this?
I have set the paper to this particular custom size already.
Thanks!!

Envelopes can be tricky, even for a standard size like #10. Part of the problem is that the feed mechanism tends to distort the envelop as it feeds as the bottom is gripped by the separation pad. You may have to resort to feeding them one at a time.
