Product: HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy 6200 printer is loaded with A4 and photo paper, The A4 paper prints ok, but when printing on the photo paper an error message reads paper blocked. I have reloaded the photo paper, cleaned the rollers, restarted the printer, checked for latest updates. Please can someone help?
