Envy 7155 Printer does not recognize paper loaded in tray

@Veberlee, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I see that the printer is not picking the paper. Are you using regular plain paper?

Let us perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

 

Also, update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Make sure the papers are properly loaded in the tray. Refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes
