Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When scanning from ADF "paper jam" comes on screen of printer, but it only takes the paper in about 1 inch. I have blown out all possible areas with compressor at low PSI. Done reset to defaults, cleaned glass with alcohol. Still "paper jam" you can not push the OK button on the printer, it does nothing.
