Product: HP Laserjet Pro MFP M1 30fw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Laserjet Pro MFP M1 30fw. Had severe paper jam, removed all bits and pieces of paper. All copies since have had an ink smear along right side of paper. Replaced ink cartridge and imaging drum, did not stop smear problem. Cleaned inside as best I could with alcohol and q-tip.
