I went through all the steps in the support video. I cleaned the rollers, checked for paper jam, and  unplugged my printer for 60 seconds, and I am still getting a paper jam error. The rollers seem to be in working order. I just printed something about 2 weeks ago and it was working fine. My warranty is expired so do I have any other options I can explore or do I have to get a new printer?

I see that the printer has a false error message. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a sensor failure in the printer. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
