paper jam exists even there is no paper left

The printer continues to display a paper jam error despite no visible paper obstruction. Although a sheet of paper was previously lodged in the printer, it was successfully removed in one piece. Turning off the printer and unplugging it from the power source, as well as slightly adjusting the ink cartridge, have not resolved the issue.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Please follow the steps below to perform a reset on the unit:

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer and try printing.
