Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP LaserJet 283 FDW has a paper jam that is located according to the screen in the fuser. I have opened the back of the printer and cannot find any remnants of a paper jam. I had originally pulled out the paper and shut it when it still indicated there was paper in the printer, and I am unable to locate it. What are the next steps?
