Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went through all procedures with HP Smart  Virtual assistant . Cleared all paper but my printer jams on the out fee after printing crumples top of paper then jams in ink cartridge area.

Problem solved. I followed virtual chat and eventually I found the correct solution. It was a matter of turning the printer over with the tray pulled out to find a small piece of jammed paper. Thanks for your support.
