Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

the error message in the small screen says that there is a paper jam... but no paper is inside... I opened the device, checked it, closed it again... everything looks OK, but the message stays and the feeder doesn't work
