Hi!

I have a Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw that is claiming to have a paper jam but nothing is there. A few days ago there was a paper jam I pull it out and was able to get another small piece, I am sure I got everything because I taped back the paper to ensure no additional small piece was still within the printer. I have tried several things to reset the printer, including unplugging it, holding the power button for 30 and 20 seconds, taking all the part out that could to check that nothing is stuck. Please help!! What else can I do? Should I just give up and buy a new one? I just bought new printer so if possible I would prefer to get this one fixed.

In some cases a sheet of paper gets wrapped around the fuser  and is difficult  in this series to see.
