paper jam in top feeder

My HP Officejet Pro 8600's top feeder pulls the paper in from only one side causing the paper to jam. I have cleaned the rollers.

I see that the document feeder is not pulling the paper right and causes a jam. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets

Use compatible paper and adjust the paper width guides.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid the pick roller has gone bad. It cannot be replaced and the part is not available. If you need to use the feeder, 

I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
