Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laser jet pro 400 printer shows error paper jam in tray 2 when there is no paper, i replaced the pick up roller and the separation roller and also cleaned the paper sensors but still shows the same problem, how cn i solve this issue?

What model of 400? Early models of the 402 series had issues with the paper feed sensor that required replacement.

What model of 400? Early models of the 402 series had issues with the paper feed sensor that required replacement.

Hello , i was able to solve the issue. Apparently it was the paper separation roller i replaced which didn’t sit properly in its position but after fixing it well it worked .
