Hi @devamotors_123,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP LaserJet Tank MFP 1005w printer is experiencing a paper jam issue, there are several steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Open the printer cover and carefully remove any paper stuck in the printer.
- Check the input tray for any jammed or misaligned paper. If there is any, remove it.
- If the paper has torn during the jam, remove all fragments of paper from the printer.
- Check the fuser unit for any stuck paper. If you find any, carefully remove it.
- Close the printer cover and plug in the printer.
- Turn on the printer and try printing a test page to see if the paper jam issue has been resolved.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
