Product: hp envy 4527 all in one printer

my printer came up with paper jam, i removed the sheet of paper in one piece still showing paper jam.

have turn off and unplug for 24 hours still shows paper jam.

what else can i do please?

have gone out and brought a new printer but not sure if i can use cartridges sent for old one in new old.

on the old printer it says 302 but instant ink have been sending me 65/304, my new printer says 304 are their the same please?
