Hi @joyrussell38,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer is experiencing paper jams or errors during printing, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
  • Open the input tray and inspect for any jammed paper. Carefully remove any paper that you find.

Inspect the Rollers:

  • Check the rollers for any debris or obstructions. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and a mild cleaning solution if necessary.

Use the Right Paper:

  • Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Refer to the printer manual for the recommended paper specifications.

Check Paper Alignment:

  • Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the input tray and is aligned properly.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve known issues.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for a few minutes. Then, reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Adjust Paper Guides:

  • Ensure that the paper guides in the input tray are properly adjusted to fit the paper size.

Check for Foreign Objects:

  • Inspect the printer for any foreign objects that may have fallen into it. Remove any debris or foreign objects that you find.

Check Print Settings:

  • Verify that the print settings in your computer or printing application match the paper size and type you are using.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
