@Mplockyer, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To avoid paper jams when printing photographs or any other content, it's crucial to use paper that meets the recommended specifications for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720e Wide Format All-in-One Printer.

For optimal performance and reducing the risk of jams:

Paper Type: Use high-quality photo paper when printing photographs. Ensure the paper type is compatible with the inkjet printer.

Thickness: Typically, the best results are achieved with paper that is neither too thin nor too thick.

Media weights, recommended

60 to 105 g/m²

Handling Tips: Make sure the paper is flat and not curled, as curling can cause jams. Store the paper in a cool, dry place to prevent it from absorbing excess moisture.

Printer Settings: Always select the appropriate paper type and size settings on your printer when printing.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
