Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 551
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I own a HP Smart Tank plus 551, It worked just fine a month ago. now anytime i print anything it gets stuck within the printer. I have done a diagnosis and it states its fine, I have cleaned the paper feed rollers using the automated tool. I have made sure there was nothing within the printer and have cleaned out the bottom trap. what else can i do to fix this within a week? please help my next semester starts Jan-18-22.
