HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw

Hi @abhisen123 ,

Thank you for your reply

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with the paper feed on your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Check Paper Tray:

  • Ensure that the paper in the tray is aligned correctly and not overloaded.
  • Make sure the paper type and size settings on the printer match the actual paper loaded in the tray.

Clean the Rollers:

  • Over time, paper dust and debris can accumulate on the printer rollers, causing feed issues.
  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the access door and locate the paper path.
  • Clean the rollers using a lint-free cloth dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol.

Adjust Paper Guides:

  • Ensure that the paper guides in the tray are snug against the paper stack, preventing any misalignment.

Fan the Paper:

  • Before loading paper into the tray, fan the sheets to reduce static and prevent them from sticking together.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Look for any jammed or torn paper inside the printer. Remove any obstructions carefully.

Update Firmware/Drivers:

  • Check for and install any available firmware or driver updates for your printer from the HP website.

Reset Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Paper Quality:

  • Ensure you are using high-quality, undamaged paper.
    I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
