Product: pavillion 27xw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will not feed the paper through the rollers. They are turning and working just the grabbers on the roller won't pick up the paper. My printer is a HP Photosmart C4180 All in one. Anyone have similiar issues? I have no idea where to even begin.
