I have an HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg printer and had a paper jam. In pulling out the paper it ripped halfway and I now cannot get to the bit that's stuck in the printer. I've tried unplugging the printer for a while to reset it but the paper won't budge and is wrapped around something I cannot get to. Anyone have any ideas?

Most common jam that is nearly impossible to access on small printer is a jam in the fuser or a fuser wrap, where the paper goes around the rollers in the fuser and gets bonded there. If you cannot reach the paper to remove it, often the only course of action is to remove the fuser from the unit.
