Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

i had a paper jam got the entire sheet out but it shows on my computer as a papaer jam,  it makes copies just fine it just wil not print.  it shows as a paper jam on my computer.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
