Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a photo of my mother for her funeral. I want to print on 8x11. I have photo paper. When I use HP Smart I get paper jam message and it keeps spitting out the sheets of paper. Eventually I get a sheet that has a quarter of the picture. The funeral is in 3 days so I am getting a bit frustrated.   Any help is appreciated

I am sorry for your loss, hope the following steps will help. Save a photo you want to print on a USB drive. Insert the USB drive into the printer near the power button. From the printer control panel touch Print Photos. You can view print, adjust, and crop the photo on the printer without using a computer or a smart device.
