Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a photosmart c6280 that has been making noise when feeding paper. The noise has stopped but printer will no longer feed paper and when I take cover off rear of printer I can hear the printer trying to feed but won't feed. Is this the roller assembly in the rear of the printer. It sounds like it is trying to work but doesn't have gears to do so. Any help appreciated.
