HP Envy 6065e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased a HP Envy 6065e for our second home.  I am Treasurer for a non-profit and use QuickBooks to print checks.  The checks come 3 to a page, which works fine.  If I am down to a single check, there is a feeding issue and the check does not print.  There is a error message E1.  Anyone know how I can correct the issue, I tried the chat line and I have been on hold for 1.5 hours on the phone.  I have a HP 7520 at my main house and everything works fine there.
