Hi there!

I have a HP6978 All in One Printer.

Printer stated there was a paper jam.  I cleared it.  I canceled the print job, and re-sent the job.

Printer again stated there was a paper jam.  I opened all the moveable parts and found no paper.

Printer stated if problem persisted to turn the printer off and on.

I attempted to turn the printer off, and the round arrow "thinking" button kept going.  After 5minutes, I

unplugged the power.  When I plugged it back in, the printer said there was an incorrect shut down.  I pressed ok, and all of the above looped even though I was able to shut the printer down correctly, the next 4 times I went through the loop, but the second time, this new message appeared:   if this didn't work to contact HP and give them the HP 0x6100004a code.

Please help!
