Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Envy Photo 7155 with Microsoft 10 OS has stopped printing 2-sided. Multiple pages come out one page to a sheet. Alternate pages are printed upside down (like the printer knows it's supposed to print on the second side). Single pages are preceded by a blank page. I've checked printer properties on the print box and it says it's set up to print 2-sided, flipping on the long edge (what I want). This used to work fine, but stopped a couple of weeks ago. Tired of wasting paper. Please help.
