Product: Example: hp c309 printer

hi 

my printer keeps on saying paper jam,and i have checked all side looking for a paper 

i end up open the side where the printer catrage stays i find out the part that turn the paper roll broken

just wanna know if such parts are replaceble and where can i find them around pretoria

@Thami1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

No, the paper rollers are non-replaceable parts. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer if it is under warranty. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
