I understand the printer has a false error message and you are not able to use the printer. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in these documents - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays and Carriage jam or E3 error
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue.
