Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

My HP page wide pro printer is printing fine except it makes a terrible grinding noise while printing.  Any ideas what I can do about this?

hard to say without knowing where the noise is coming from. Do you get the noise from both the tray and the MP tray?

Anytime it prints anything.  it sounds like it comes from just inside where the printed copies come out. It still prints well as it always has, but just makes that awful noise.
