I tried contacting HP directly by email but I can't find a way to do that. I have an HP Envy printer that is about 3 years old. I recently experienced a paper jam in the device for the first time. I tried using the Virtual Assistant to rectify the issue but it was no help. So, with much difficulty I was able to get an HP rep on the phone. He informed my that the only way to get phone support, since my printer was out of warranty, was to either sign up for Instant Ink (which I do not need) or pay $20 for a phone support session. I reluctantly paid the $20 and he had my problem fixed in about 2 minutes. I find this totally ridiculous. With clear instructions online or with 2 minutes of a representative's time i could have solved my problem, but instead I had to pay $20 for 2 minutes of someone's time. I will never ever buy another HP product as long as I live.
