This is likely an issue with the document you are printing or the driver. The job is formatted for executive and the printer only tries to print on the paper that the job is formatted for. We run into this with Adobe documents all the time when they come from either a foreign country or were oddly saved by the creator.
Make sure to uncheck the "choose paper source by PDF size" option when printing and the document should properly format and print on your standard default size and not executive.
