Product: hp color laserjet pro mfp m477fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to print in duplex mode it jams at the back. It prints fine when printing one sided. I downloaded the newest drivers for this machine (Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477fdn). When I check the properties the duplex is installed.

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, does not seems to be a Software issue according to the information provided about the duplex, if its only happening when printing duplex on that specific area, there seems to be more a faulty roller, most commonly the fuser is the part that is replaced. Please click here to see available repair centers near your area.
