I was printing with my HP Laserjet Pro M15W. It ran out of paper. I load in more paper and the error light still flashes on the printer. I powered the printer off and still have error condition on printer. Unplugged power from printer but on plugging back in after 60 seconds it still shows error. It will not print the diagnostic says that there is a paper jam. Opened the printer and removed toner cartridge and there is no paper jam. replaced cartridge and cycled the power on the printer and it still shows the error and will not print. I have tried cleaning the rollers. I blew some canned air on the inside of printer and it still show error. HELP
